You will need a permit from State Department of Labor and parental permission and as long as you're not working around heavy machinery have long hours Etc you might be able to be hired if the proprietor is willing at 13

Pretty sure it is 16 also. Google online places to get a job when you're under 16(just an idea)!?!l. :)

I think you have to be at least 16
