Dogs seem to be fine long as they dont bark.
Yes just be a responsible owner and pick up their poop.
Dogs are allowed, leashed. We've brought our Golden a few times without issue.
Yes just keep in mind you are required to clean up after them.
I have seen dogs there and have not seen any signage saying that you can't. But there are also a lot of people there so it is not always the best place to bring a dog
