Signed up for the unlimited program, first month was $19.99..crazy deal!! Then $38 each month after (for the wash I chose), still can't beat it! Great quality wash and very helpful / friendly staff. I love coming here.

Visited Hoffman's Carwash, In Queensbury on March 29th at approximately 2pm. Attendant at the pay station was helpful, pleasant and friendly. I proceeded to the building where the other Attendant directed me into the building, There was no line behind me. He instructed me to stop and go and that's all. When I inspected their performance, I was thoroughly disappointed. There was bird waste on my hood, windshield was not clean and the rear of the car was not clean. Never have I been there when the hood, windshield and rear end of .the car was not prewashed. I will not return and won't recommend this place. AND THEY WANT TO BUILD ANOTHER ONE???

As is typical on a decent day in between inclement weather, it was busy as people were getting their cars washed. The three line system seems to work, and despite how busy it was, I was only there for about 20 minutes total. I'm not sure how the car wash knows what package I chose (as it seems everyone is getting the same thing in this assembly line style system), but my car was clean and it was pretty painless.

I go through the automatic drive through wash. Every time I come out, I have to manually wash the underside of my truck. They need to update their system. Whats the point of drive through if it doesn’t get all the salt and dirt. And their prices go up and up.
