You'll get a seat no matter what but the best views and clear audio usually come on the main floor. If you get there early you can ask to sit where you feel comfortable and they will oblige. The lines do get long if you get there late so if you prefer not to stand in line forever, it's best to get there early.
They seat the dinner patrons first, so unless you are eating dinner you won't get seated up front.
My last event there I arrived about a half hour to show and was seated in the very back- which wasn't bad!
It's a 'first come first serve' type of seating.. but I don't think there is any bad seats in the house, one can see the stage clearly from any seats.
They have a great seating layout that no matter where you sit you will be able to see the stage.
If they hadn't VIP seating they will go first, but I would say 5:-30 or 6 To be honest there's really no bad seats
