You'll need to talk to the store manager of the store that you are planning to use.
All you have to do is go to the customer service department and talk to a CSM or a supervisor and they can direct you in the way you need to go.
You have to talk to the manager of that store. Sometimes they will let you and sometimes they won't. We had to schedule ours 3 weeks in advance and we had to do it that day even if it was raining or not.
