TERRIBLE service. I paid $40 to ship 2 hats to a friend then a hat and a shirt to another friend. The man that helped me charged me for a million things he never asked if I wanted, didn’t package the items in front of me which turned into sending the two friends the wrong orders. I’ve been dealing with getting the situation handled, they call me at random times random days and don’t get anything accomplished. Got a call today from the man that helped me and pretty well flat out told me I was wrong and he did nothing wrong and I myself made the mistake even though I remember telling him multiple times which person gets what. I asked for a refund due to paying so much for it all just to be messed up, he said he cannot do that for me and he did nothing wrong. I see now this isn’t the first time they messed up orders, so if you plan on using ups don’t use festus unless you wanna pay an arm and a leg just for your orders to be sent wrong!
