Be aware that if the parents have joint custody there is most likely another form that needs to be signed by the parent who isn't going on the trip. This prevents the parent who is taking the children on the trip from never returning to the states
Yes. They have a sale room and generally take donations. Across the street is also a used book store. You can try selling nice ones there too.
Can you still have a fax sent by pulling up drive by hours?
Yes, You can bring in a bill with your Crystal City address and your license.
