If you order from this place online they will not let you return it to the store. After picking up my item from the store I made the decision to return it due to false advertisement on their website. They denied me access to return or replace my item. I have had nothing but trouble with this place, not to mention their customer service is horrific.

SAME AS MANY REVIEWS THAT FOLLOW MINE: Ordered a part for my 2018 Harley Fat Bob in Dec 2019, and it arrived last summer, 2020. Surdyke Staff initially said they would refund it, then, 30 days later, they finally responded again and refused to refund the item despite it being in an unopened box and my having traded-in the Fat Bob for a Livewire (which has no gas cap). They made me wait 30-days, then used their 30-day no return policy. "Shady" is not the term. "Corrupt"/"Greedy"/"Dishonest" are appropriate terms. With so many honest H-D dealerships, why bother with this outfit. Read on as there are countless reviews just like mine. Brad Higerd UPDATED: Bad enough they shipped a part on backorder half a year later. Seller's response below shows just how terrible this Harley Davidson dealership really is. It's the ONLY Harley dealership I've ever advised people to avoid; and by their response, it was a good decision to warn others.
