Honestly they most likely have Saved VIP passes that they give out regularly when they do like the food drive and stuff for the community. That is why it is best to save your VIP passes for when it really counts. instead of wasting them when you receive them....it wasn’t just because they knew the person....i know every one of the management there because i have been going there for 10 years.....you honestly need to get your facts straight before you go spreading stuff that is not true
VIP passes and some make appointments prior. Some also have physicals and other yearly things that can result in a little snafu. It's never very long though.
Ive never seen that happen. Sounds like you were mad it took so long. They always call in order and do the best they can. Also some people have VIP passes.
