Had an appointment for 1:00 with Danny. When I arrived I was told that Danny was fired. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes. There were several others waiting as well which leads me to believe the barber was under pressure to work a bit faster. The haircut was ok, not great. I asked for some length to be taken off the top which it was not. I even showed pics of the haircut I wanted. The barber was distracted several times during my haircut which I was not happy about. Can’t say I would recommend. Professionalism and customer focus goes a long way when you pay for services.

I called last Wednesday to schedule an appointment for 4:00pm today. I get to the barber at 4:00 and there is another customer already in the chair. The current barber (not Danny) tells me he had me scheduled for 5:00pm today, not 4:00, …Good Evening Kyle. My name is Terry and I seriously want to apologize for your bad experience at. My shop . I assure you we never have these issues . I’m the owner of the shop and currently due to a double hernia surgery an out of the shop for a week. I would like to make this up with a free haircut by me personally. If you can come to the shop this Saturday any time after 1:30pm I will make it up to you . I hope to see you then. Again I’m extremely sorry for this inconvenience!! I no time can be a issue and I assure you I can fix this issue !!!! Thanks 🙏

Danny took care of me with a great cut and conversation. He was very intentional with style suggestions and listening to what I wanted. I'll definitely have him cut my hair as long as I'm in Terre Haute.Outstanding!!!!! Thank you for the amazing words!!!!
