According to the willow tree website there are no stores in Tuscola that sell those products. The nearest is Yoders kitchen in Arthur IL
I do not recall any stores carrying Willow Tree figurines.
Sorry.. I was there a few days ago and except for a few name brand clothing stores....it seems to be losing many stores. But not that they had willow tree before that.
