Why don't yall make it known to the public that the way you're treated depends upon the time of day you go? I was told because it was so late that I had to use self checkout. With $250+ groceries lol Closing time=to hell with customer service

It shouldn't matter what time of day we go. I don't see what that have to do with it.

You know, I used to believe the same thing. I dont mind paying a little extra. The reason why is for the experience. If I wanted to be treated badly then I'd go to Walmart. But I'm not sure that I'll ever go back to this Kroger again after being done that way. It would be different if I had a couple of items. I literally had an overflowing buggy. And I worked all day long. I wasnt going to check myself out only because they were ready to go home. If my money isn't worth them checking me out then I'll go elsewhere
