This specific kroger on Winchester and hacks cross is probably the worst kroger I've been in. They never have anything in stocks. The deli and meat department are closed by 5pm. Checkout always has long lines. There aren't ever any available shopping carts and they took them out of the foyer to put a useless stack of soda cases. Amd the available baskets they do have are almost always broken in some form or fashion. The store manager is completely useless. It isn't the employees fault honestly, it's management. This store needs a complete haul. Quickly

I’m 8 months pregnant so I’ve been doing Kroger pick up as it’s difficult for me to walk for longer periods of time. The pick up is so frustrating. Every time I’m forced to wait over an hour for my pick up to be ready AFTER I check in on the app and by calling the number. No one lets you know it’ll be an hour wait until after the hour wait. Then they tell you it’s “backed up” when you are one of only 2 cars waiting. Why couldn’t they tell me sooner? I understand everyone is short staffed but a heads up would be nice. This pick up department is run so poorly. Half the time they didn’t even have my order ready and ask me to come several hours later or even the following day.
