Most buffet food leans toward bland so as to appeal to a larger audience. I assure you the two times I have eaten there it didn't taste like "doo doo", but then again I have never eaten any.
Christen you are the same person who posted the most hilarious review the other day, and as you described food and employees not found at the Brickhouse we'll assume you're still confusing us with another restaurant.
