The park is divided in two sections. One has a small welcoming entrance door and the other is open all the time. But I am sure what time they open one section of the park.
Not sure but you only need to call the office if you want to reserve a certain spot its $25 how to reserve a spot with $100 deposit which you will get back when they make sure the park is clean
