Why is the service so much slower than other Arby's? I had no ice in my drink and no sauces in my bag. Your response was to get back on drive thru again. Very dissatisfied with this service.

9 bucks an hour can only inspire so much effort

I know when I went thru about a week ago I asked why was it so slow. I was told it was because they are short staffed. Trying to get more, better people hired. I told them good because this was ridiculous! Also told them on the review on the receipt how slow it was and how if i hadn't checked my bag i would have been missing sauces. But ya know, that's a lot of places.
