Ladies up front are slow and untrained. Guys from the back have to come up to help always. Crowded and slow. Hire some trained or educated people.

My fiancé walked in the store with at least 10 customers who mentioned after he got in line that they had been waiting 15-20 minutes to be helped. Another customer explained to my fiancé that she just needed a document notarized and their lack of urgency (talking amongst themselves, not in a hurry at all) to help the waiting customers was ridiculous. My fiancé is a notary and offered to notarized her document for her so she did not have to wait longer than she already has. The desk worker tells him he needs to leave the building and throw his package he needed shipped at him. If you do not care to service your customers in a timely manner, do not be upset when someone else does. Rude and inconsiderate employees will be the downfall of this business. I now know that several others have had similar visits here. Will not recommend.

I received an empty box to ship back a computer for my old company. It was damaged during transit by UPS. When I arrived at the Clemson UPS store I asked if there was anything they could do to secure the box that was damaged by UPS. The younger individual working had an attitude and said he could only give me 1 piece of tape and that it wasn’t his problem the box was damaged by UPS. Additionally, while I was waiting in line I watched this man continuously have attitude with all the customers and proceed to be extremely unhelpful. In an industry that’s customer facing I would think the way they treat their customers would be important. I’ve been to several UPS stores (this was out of town for me) and have never experienced such a rude employee and overall bad customer service. I’d strongly recommend this franchise provide better training to their employees on how to treat customers. Recommend going somewhere else if you can!
