Are beach covers allowed? It's like a tent without the bottom tarp to keep the sun off of you. I know tents are not allowed on the beach, but was hoping the cover would be an exception.

The beach probably opens at 9 or 10, seems everything in that area opens at 10

I've seen people use them on the beach as well. Im not certain of their opening time but i do know the beach close at dusk (30 minutes after sunset)
