Most Michigan State campgrounds offer electric hookups. Water is available, but not as an on site hookup. Unless it a rustic site, then you get nothing.

Yes. There is an on site camping area there. I think there are two different park area's for RV parking. You should be able to see the area's on the map. Just be specific as to RV parking. We were just there Two weeks ago. Very nice place!!

There is onsite RV camping, so I would assume so. However, as to the specifics of your question, I have not gone into that area, so I cannot be sure.
