Yes . You can get to vending and have good veiws from hard surface. Also boardwalk is handicap friendly.

There is Handicap parking two place to walk on or wheels chair to the water.

There is a handicap walkway down the beach so wheelchairs can go about 150 down the beach in the sand.. The pier is not HC friendly
