No tv room they do have tvs bit it is normally on the news. I'm sure if you ask them they might put it on it.
If you're planning on watching the Superbowl in an establishment, tip accordingly. The waitstaff relies on the turnover to make minimum wage. If you're sitting at a table for hours on end, and only tipping based on your bill, that is not okay.
They have many TV'S. All you have to do is ask to have the channel changed.
