The cane run location is drive thru only appointment only. Make an appointment at Walgreens.com/covid19testing. Here's the weird part: Appointments are about 3 days out, BUT, as long as you have an appointment in the books, you can go in on any day between 8-4, get tested, and have your results by 6:00 pm. It's weird, but it's true. Friday, I made an appointment for Monday at 1:45, waited for my email confirmation, took it with me and got tested at 3:00 on Friday. Had my results 2 hours later.
Go to Covid 19 web page to sign up to an area close or etc. Went a week before Thanksgiving had a Hour wait time with appt. I went to the Covid testing in Louisville and follow directions from site. Testing center I went to was Walgreens on Crums Ln
They have walk ups! They notify you via phone about 2hrs after testing. They send the results through the mail as well. The only con is I waited in line for 5hrs... But hey rather be safe than sorry
