The MMCC WEBSIT HAS A LINK OF YOUR LIST. I GOT A FAST APPT IN SALISBURY. 2 DAYS HALF HR APPT ONLY ON FRIDAYS THEY ARE FROM SEVERNA PARK. ZYBS IS THE NAME 106 MILFORD STREET UNIT 305. A CARD IS NOT ISSUED. IF YOU WANT A CARD IT IS FIFTY DOLLARS THROUGH MMCC. YOU PRINT OUT A CERTIFICATE. YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR EMAIL WITH ID NUMBER AND DR LICENSE. I PRINTED MINE OUT AFTER I WENT TO DISPENSARY. ONE AT 400 SNOW HILL RD
