If I purchase the tickets online, do I have to print them? Can they just scan it off my phone?

We either scan tickets physically or we can write down your order/confirmation number in our binder! With pre-purchased tickets you can skip the line! I’m an employee so I hope this helps!

I would however still print them because their scanner doesn't always work. Good to print tickets as backup

I was able to scan them at the park. Having a printed copy certainly can't hurt. Do yourself a favor and screenshot the tickets just in case your phone doesn't have signal. Have a great time
