Are you open and do rides run during rain and snow

I have been there in the rain, and most of the rides still ran

Only indoor rides run when it rains. All outdoor rides close then!

Does the train run to see the lights I would be traveling 2 hours each way to see them

I am not sure if they do,but I think it won't be so much fun walking around in the rain,soaking wet.

Some do, some don't. There are a handful of weather dependent rides. Also, there is also ELIS PLAYHOUSE. This contains several indoor rides.
