No service fee if you buy tix in advance at the restaurant.
I've never tried to buy tickets at the restaurant itself but if you order tickets over the phone then there is a $3.50 "convenience fee" per ticket. All tickets are "will call", in other words you are not given a paper ticket. You just show up the night of the performance and give them your name....pretty low key. A great venue.
For the entertainment, I'm not sure....
