Not necessarily fancy, but i would say no jeans. Casual to dressy.
People do wear jeans and a polo a lot. Most men wear dress pants to khakis and lots of women will wear dresses esp on Sundays.
When we were there on a Saturday night everyone was dressed neatly. No T shirts or ripped clothing thats what we saw. Some jeans cost more than all the pants I own!
Geez, I wore jeans the last time I was there, and they still served me!!! I guess it depends why you are going...a wedding? Just dinner?
If you are planning to do the horse drawn wagon ride. Jean's are the way to go

We usually eat in the tavern. All dress codes seen. Shorts and sneakers to dress with heels.
