Hi Claire! We serve the vegetables and rolls family style. Other than that, the prime rib and potatoes are served individually and we go around to all of the guests with platters of beef, after we finish serving the entrée, to offer seconds if you happen to still be hungry! There is plenty of food for all to enjoy! It's a fun-filled event!
