They are not quick to answer the phone. I called yesterday to inquire about my monitor that is only two months old and quit working on me. Some kid said I was SOL. I hadn't even taken the plastic off of it yet. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy at this point. I would have been better off shopping somewhere else.
Are you calling coles or the help desk because i dont think the help fesk has a live operator but i dnt know. I tbink your best bet would be to go online and email, i know thats not what you wanted to hear but that all ican tell you as far as individual businesses they should all have an operator, but this is only my opinion, ive never had todo that.
