When I walked in I was greeted and asked if he could help. He told me the area and said he would call someone to assist me. After 10 minutes I looked around for an associate to get help. It was another 10 minutes for someone to come. That person was very helpful. What could have been a 5 minute errand took 25 minutes. Those that I talked to were very helpful and friendly, just took too long to get that help.

Three employees standing around not doing anything. Somebody finally directs us to customer service where there are four people waiting in line. You wonder why I don't go to Best buy jackson. Poor management, poor customer service. Thank you Romeo for helping us find what we need.

Called to find out if I needed an appointment to have the Geek Squad look at my laptop. Was told no, just walk in. That was a lie - you DO need an appointment. Ended up getting the issue taken care of with no problem, but FYI schedule an appointment to save yourself a trip!

Needed some rechargeable AA batteries. Briefly asked front counter and the ladies walked me through to where they were. There were at least 3 didnt options to choose from. It was clean and spacious... was in and out in less then 7 minutes.

From what I have seen, they are very good. Employees wear masks and dividers are in place at counters.
Unfortunately they don't. You will have to go to retailer like AT&T T-Mobile Sprint or Verizon which AT&T that I know of has flip phones because I have one. Sorry that I could not help you any further and have a great day

They are not quick to answer the phone. I called yesterday to inquire about my monitor that is only two months old and quit working on me. Some kid said I was SOL. I hadn't even taken the plastic off of it yet. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy at this point. I would have been better off shopping somewhere else.
Check on line You will not find one sitting on the shelf in the store they sell out too fast You definitely have to order online but you can pick up at the store They also fell out within minutes of being available

Pick ups are initiated once you arrive and tell them you are there. If for some reason you arrived, told them you were there and have left before getting your merchandise you will now need to call the store and explain and determine if you can just come back and get it again.

I have always found it much simpler to us the live chat feature on their website or just going in store.

I imagine their geek squad can. But you should be able to update it on your own. Look on YouTube for instruction videos.
