Are all stores open till 9PM?

I agree with most of the above comments. Maybe you could drill down a little deeper. Did you have one or two stores you needed to know about?

Some are except Target, and Best Buy

Most some close later like Target best buy

Not all... And Sunday I think some of them only open until 6pm

Sunday hours are usually different but I am not sure of holiday hours.

All stores are open until 9:00, except Kohls, Best Buy, and Sears. Those stores normally close at 10:00, I believe.

Toys r us 9:30 t.j max 9:30 kohls 9:30. Friday and sayurday 10:00 for these stores a said above
