So you allow friendly dogs on a leash just not inside buildings correct? Are there places outside to eat donuts and cider where you can sit and dogs are welcome?

Yes there are a number of picnic tables with umbrellas that you can sit w/your leashed dog. The tables are extra long & people share unused seating. There are also barrels that you can stand at to accommodate 4/5 people w/food. There's also a bricked area you can sit on. We found a partial table a couple weeks ago at the Greek festival, even though they were swamped. People eat and move on so yes, there are plenty of sitting areas to go around.

"Plenty of picnic tables" is inaccurate. I counted 4. If there is a big event going on there is very limited seating.
