Had a wonderful time. Kind of an overcast Mothers Day, but the tulips were nice and the music was pleasant in the fields of the farm. Will try to go to some of their other events as this year progresses. They have the World's largest corn maze!!!

Fields of tulips during the spring tulip festival. Lots of photo ops. I think the farm plants 500,000 tulips. Each person can take 1 tulip as part of the admission fee. Additional tulips are $1 each. They provide bags and water for transport of the 🌷 home. Food trucks and picnic tables have food and drink for purchase. Open everyday except Monday. Check there Facebook for updates as there tulips only bloom for a short time.

I have always wanted to go here and it didn't disappoint. I loved the corn maze! I liked it so much I decided to go once in the day and another time at night! I prefer going at night. It makes the maze a lot harder. It took us about 1hr …We're so glad you were able to join us this year, Caitlin! Thanks for sharing these great photos. Congratulations on hitting all of the checkpoints! ✔️

Fun place to visit and have some Halloween adventure. Walking thru corn maze with a flash light..spooky experience. If you cold hot apple cider or hot chocolate will warm you up. If you tired tractor ride will give you a time to rest. All around a lot of fun! We're glad you had a great experience with us! Thanks for visiting, we hope to see you again next season.

Dogs on a leash who play well with others are welcome at the farm.
It was easy buying them at the door
Yes it is wonderful at night and everything is open
I'm pretty sure if they pay the adult price (which i think is age 12 and up) it shouldn't be a problem.
There are several small plane airports fairly close by, but the large commercial O'Hare is an hour south and east a bit into Chicago
Sorry not sure. We went as a work gathering.
The mud isn't too bad

If you pay only admission then you can do the corn maze, hay ride, and maybe 1 or 2 other things. Everything else cost extra.
We are open even if it rains. Some activities close when we see lightning in the area.
Both but the animal feed requires quarters and there is a $5 minimum for cards in the store/concession.
It depends on the month and day your visit. Visit https://richardsonadventurefarm.com/AdventureFarm/Pricing for full information.
Loop
Saw some not on leashes. Well behaved, but wouldn't want to try it when grounds are packed with people.
You have to call them
November 8th is last day then come visit the tree farm!!
Pig races are every 2 hours beginning at 2 pm...weather permitting.
I believe everyone under 4 gets in free. As far as the dog, as long as it's well behaved and on a leash, it is welcome, and I don't believe there's a charge. The owners are usually pretty good at responding to these, so hopefully they'll let you know the price per entry.
Its about 50 years of Richardson Farm
Night time is when more of that age group is there. It's well lit, and most, if not all attractions are still open at night. Food vendors are still there at night, and you can still get donuts. I'm not sure if pumpkin picking is available at night.
Yes
There is an array of small signs and advertisement throughout the property
No, we don't have strawberries here at Richardsons.
It's all about the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing. You can see a picture of this years maze at their website. https://richardsonadventurefarm.com/AdventureFarm/CornMaze
Yes you can.
We wouldn't recommend wearing your favorite shoes 😄, but it's not that bad out there. We hardpack all the trails to keep it from getting muddy, but the last few days have been epic so it's a little wetter than after a normal rain. Maybe bring some boots just in case. Hope to see you!
There are not porta potties within the corn maze design. We have flush toilets behind the donut building and in the gift shop building. There are porta potties between the corn maze and the pumpkin shed.
This is just a suggestion. We want all parents and chaperones to feel comfortable with sending their young person into the 28 acre maze without an adult.
Ages 2-12 are $16, 13 and up are $19 on weekends in October. Thursday afternoon/evening and Fridays are $14 and $17.
Dogs on a leash who play well with others are welcome to visit the farm with their owner.
One admission fee pays for most activities: 50'tall observation tower, 50' long slide, pedal carts, Kiddie Country (little kids area), 3 jumping pillows, carousel, train, 28 acre corn maze with 5 games, wagon ride, pig races and more. There is an extra charge for zip line, zorbing, xtreme air, and paintball shooting gallery.
If you have rented a campfire site, you may bring in your own alcohol. We ask that you keep it at your site and that you be respectful of those around you. Or, on weekends, we do sell beer and wine close to pig races. Alcohol and glass are not allowed in the corn maze.
Please visit https://richardsonadventurefarm.com/AdventureFarm/Pricing for admission prices. Scroll all the way to the bottom to see the 4 activities with their additional cost...zip line, zorbing, paintball shooting gallery, and Xtreme air.
It depends on how through you want to be. Plan on 4 hours because there are plenty of other things to do.
Richardson Adventure Farm does not have any haunted features. We do have the "World's Largest" corn maze which makes a spectacular picture. There are numerous options for the maze - trails from 10 minutes to 2 hours. Also, the farm has a tracked train, a carousel, giant slide, jumping pillows, wagon rides, pumpkins, 50' tall observation tower, kid's area, animals, and numerous other things. For an additional charge there is a 650' zipline, Zorbing, painitball shooting gallery, extreme jump, fresh donuts, food, fudge, and gourmet popcorn.
Yes you can. There is pic nic areas as well.
