I would say just mix one yourself. I don't think McDonald's has the item you want on the menu.
Just order a pie and mix it in with the spoon yourself. Not too difficult.
The 18 year old behind the counter dos not have a button for it. McDonalds is not a made to order restraint. Thy are set up for quick ordering and serving of food.
Probably they don't have the mix in to do Apple Pie Mcflurry
