Mediocre food at best... Menu seems to be written by a child no originality at all... On par for what Hillsdale has ... Wouldn't waste my time .... Awful beer and even worst "bbq". Won't ever be back... Seems to be a old folks restaurant as every single thing is poorly seasoned and lacks flavor...hospital food tastes better

Love the Brewing Company... In a beautifully renovated historic build downtown. Nitro Cold Brew coffee is one of my favorite beverages, and there isn't one thing I've tried that doesn't make my mouth water to think about! They mix it up with inventive gourmet specials, including Saturday breakfast and Sunday brunch. Trivia on Tuesday nights is a fun way to have some fun with friends and strangers who become friends.

This is a preliminary rating, once they get going I think I will have to change it to five stars. Food was good but they were sold out of several items, no avacados, missing all appetizers, kitchen closed early. I think I would send someone to Walmart to get ingredients before I would close down the kitchen at prime dinner time. Beer was good, all seemed to be low gravity for style which I appreciate because it really allows you to try all of the beer they offer. One beer, the Scotch ale was too low gravity in my opinion. It would have been better received by me as a Scottish ale but expecting the higher gravity wee heavy scotch ale I was disappointed. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit, nice atmosphere, good food, good beer, hits on all points, can't wait to stop back in a few weeks.
