There is a 1 time $100 pet fee charged at check-in. It covers the entire stay whether that is 1 night or 1 year+. Only service animals do not need pet fee. Service animala are defined as professionally trained animals that perform a specific mitigating task. Neither Marriott nor the ADA laws recognize emotional support pets as service animals and as such they are subject to the $100 pet fee. There is a maximum limit of 2 pets per room regardless of size of the room or size of the pets.
Yes this is not a normal hotel. They actually take long stays and all of the rooms are like mini suits. The you have a living room and kitchen. So they are pet friendly.
