No they don't allow tipping. Its a service they provide to customers.
Nope you don't. That could potentially land that into trouble. I heard it's against Walmart's policy for associates to accept tips. I think the best would be to just thank them for their hard work.
I try to on a couple occasion at the East Greenbush, and Latham NY STORES and they politely decline.
