At what temp and for how long do you reheat the prepared meals/dinners that you sell. I think it might be a good idea to have this info available/printed on the labels.

Well, I don't work there anymore. The temperature to reheat I believe is 325 for 5 minutes. It should be down on the front bottom label

All depends on heat source microwave or toaster over or oven.

Do the workers interact with the person getting a meal?

I was thinking the same thing. Most reheating are at the temperature of 325. If you want to be absolutely certain, call the store. They will be happy to give you that information.
