Yep. Called today, 9/29/2021 and 9:30am phone rang for 3 full minutes with no answer after pressing 0 to speak to a store associate. Called again to reach pharmacy, they couldn't tell me who the store manager was, told me they didn't know if he was there, even if he was there he couldn't come back to the pharmacy to answer the phone AND they couldn't transfer me over or contact anyone.

Wal-Mart has worse customer service , I would highly recommend to just drive half mile ahead to Best Buy to shop there instead
It's the holiday season I imagine they're extremely busy. Keep trying if you can.
