I tried to call them several times because I wanted to purchase tickets ahead of time and I'm not real good at doing stuff online. I can't seem to get an answer. Is there no way to talk with them?

You'll just have to keep trying its easier to just drive over and just pick up tickets for whatever show you're looking to get.
