Ordered tickets on line and at the end of the transaction I was told there was an error and that funds had been deducted from my account. I was told to call the theater but no one answers the phone. I’m a rewards mem.

They're really good people there who are friend/family/community oriented. Go by the ticket booth and I have no doubt they will do all they can to help straighten this out.
