Walmart in Whitehaven, Memphis Tn, has employees that do not wait on people properly, the lines in this store at 8:00 am on a Sunday is to long, the cashiers are to busy talking with each others than getting the lines in the store down..

I don't feel like that's the reason for the long lines. What I see is not enough registers being available. So often there are only 3 or 4 registers open.So yes the lines are going to be long. The manager should be on top of this !!! It's not fair to the customers nor the cashiers.

I agree with both of you. Poor management and the employees do stand around talking a lot in the early am hours. Manager has open floor “staff meetings” at 7am. That should already be done when store opens. A long standing problem with poor management and not enough registers open. Walmart doesn’t care about Whitehaven customer complaints. Uncaring, Unconcerned staff. Everybody knows this!!!

THE CASHIERS HAVE TO BE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS, THE ANSWER IS NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS, NO 15 ITEMS OR LESS LINE AND NO SELF SERVICE LINE. ALL THAT POINTS TO POOR MANAGEMENT
