Depends on what time you call, limited people with multiple tasks
Between 9pm and 7am there are very few associates in the store to answer the phone and they don't sit by the phone waiting for it to ring and are trying to make the store look well enough to shop.
Im not sure if it is just your time i have always got them to answer
It is the same at most Walmarts. I think the main person that answers the phone is usually the same person working at the dressing rooms. So if they are off stocking or shelving, and not wearing a headset,.. they peobably are not going to hear or answer the phone. Its. Possible some customer service representatives can answer too,.. but it does not aeem like they actually do.
Especially at 3 or 4 in the morning ain't but three or four and most of them are stocking
Cause there is only like 3 people that actually work there
