No because they're not a real jewelry place..they just sell the rings not fix up. Just ordinary workers.

They don't have real jeweler's , they may offer an exchange if they have another. But best to visit them to see if what they can do.
Not sure! I do alot of business there word of warning i took my watch in to get a new battery in they crushed my glass and said well if you had bought it here we would fix it. It was a special (expensive) gift from my daughter that i could not replace. Sorry if the ring was bought there they should
