Well i don't know the answer to that question. But rule and law clearly states that only service animals can be in a public store
Service animals only could you see the mess if everybody brought there dogs in some behave some don't insurance lieibilty and everything else i don't know what happened he's never bit anbody before
I too only think that service dogs should be allowed!!
We had the same trouble at JoAnn and the manger did say something
