Well I don't work there. But I think I would keep in mind the better of it. Sometimes phones don't work as they should. An sometimes it's a honest accident all together. I think I would be diligent and try calling again.

Agree with the post above... Plus calling the store its not the best way in my opinion to check the status of your application. Store manager or HR department will do a better job.
