Yes. We had our 8 pound old dog with us. Proprietors only request was dog not be on the bed. Proprietor works her fingers to the bone. Who knows what her overhead is. I am prepared to make lots of concessions for such a low Room fee.

It's an older motel but has mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker , sat T.V and free WiFi most places around here charge extra for at least one of these items like the local casino.

I agree with you, Reverend Scott. The room was clean, the price was low, but ants don't add any charm or ambiance to a motel room...especially in/on both beds. A people-and pet-safe insecticide such as Orange Guard ( active ingredient: orange-peel extract) doesn't cost much, and works well. Just a thought for the proprietor.
