Pedestrian are welcome to come and there is also a parking garage for short and long term parking just right across the street of course there is sidewalk
Yes, you can walk up to the airport
You could. However I don't believe there are sidewalks at the entrance to the airport going in the direction of the terminal/rental car area so it could be dangerous. I would just use a taxi or Uber/Lyft for a drop off if you don't want to leave your car at the airport.
