Nice Airport,.. clean friendly, however we couldn't find masks, even tho it's mandate, that you wear one. Friendly staff... no problem noted till I had to get patted down. No problem, I know it's for security. Do not wear sparkle shirts!!!

Fetu at United was so warm, pleasant, and bubbly! Amazing customer service! She asked me if I was excited about my trip to London, and I said YES!!!

This is a very easy airport to navigate. It’s small compared to average airports. Rental cars , baggage claim all in close area to each other. Very clean. Direction signs are great and easy to understand. Lots of shops and places to sit and grab a bite and enjoy the view, even sit around a indoor fire pit. Of course you can play slots as well. The sculptures and art in the building are cool. They have a very cool and cute service animal relief area in the gate area, a closed room with fire hydrant lol and grassy area you are able to wash down. See pictures .

Yes if you are arriving at Reno, let your flight attendant know you require a wheelchair and an airport employee will bring the wheelchair on the plane to help you off or have it ready for you at the gate
Yes. There is a pub-like restaurant with good food like burgers and the like. It's pricey, but it's good.
Yes and their usually very quick. Excellent service. It's always a good thing to let them know ahead of time then they have it waiting for you. They get you to where your going fast and their usually attentive. I felt bad because I had no tip. He said next time and have a nice day. Call them and talk to them but I believe so
On the sidewalk
There should not be any problem.
Totally
$14:00 a day
I would go at normal time. TSA might be slow getting through. Plus the flight might say 2 hr delay but then they change to an hour or might go on time. Then you would of missed your flight. I always bring my tablet with down loaded movies and ear pods to waste my time there.
Yes. Shuttle at the airport. $25 up to Tahoe
Only to be maintenance and cleaned.
The second and third floor of parking building adjacent is long term parking, as is a lot to the south of the parking structure
Definitely need a mask!.. and depends on your age.. if ur under 21 they might cause static!... over 21.. ur gucci!
In my opinion... I don't think it matters where you are from... who your with... or where you are going... everyone is treated the same...
Probably will need to call the airline or booking company.
No shuttle. You just walk it. Its not too far.
When you get there ask them about the shuttle service
Long term is $14 a day .... I wouldn't park overnight in short term , they charge by the hour and it would be more expensive than long term
I think we can but just call them before u go
I don't think so.
The airport is the only place where slot machines close around 8pm or 9pm. Because the slot attendants don't stay 24 hours like casinos. They are run by a company called IGT and if you want to call them 775.448.0992
This is a question you should be contacting Southwest about. This forum is for customers/travelers to answer questions about the airport facilities, tops on getting through faster, etc.
You can carry those on, but you cannot use them on the plane.
Yes. There's Alamo, Enterprise, Budget, Dollar, and probably more.
There is McDonald's and subway. And there is a diner on the first floor by the ski statue. Also after you go through tsa there is another fancier restaurant along with a vino vilo wine place. As well as wild garlic pizza. There is also two bars called tap n pour.
Anything you purchase after the security checkpoint can be carried aboard the plane. Anything you have as food or liquid when you get to the checkpoint will be thrown away.
Remember the dawg ... you can always go grey hound
1. Because. 2. No. Walk. You'll make it.
Here's a list with descriptions of the drinking & dinning options: https://renoairport.com/dining-shopping
Probably not.
It depends on what shuttle you are trying to use?? As for the hearing impaired?? Great question? You should go on the internet and hit up your Airline and ask for their help in setting it up for you!! Safe Flying
You can expect to take up to 30 minutes with the staffing shortage to get through security.
Depends where you are going to be parked outside lot or inside the parking garage inside is $14 dollars a day good luck.
As you get off the freeway stay in the inside left lane right passing the walk way you will find Avis. Budget and Hertz.. Then on the second entrance you will find Alamo Interprise and Dollar.. Good luck it will take about 15 minutes the longest to return.. Good luck.
Some car rental places do have all season tires, chains are never provided. If you are deffinatly traveling over the pass, rent an all wheel drive car, but remember, that's not all wheel stop. You can still slide off the road if going too fast.
There is not a lounge only waiting area.. The airport has a lounge for American Express members.
The airport is open 24 hours. Obviously it just depends what times each flight is.
Depends on the size and the airline. Best bet, is to check with which ever airline your flying on.
Have your family back home mail you your passport.
Since daylight savings time ends at 2:00am, that should be the "new" time.
Without is fine for now but in 2020 October first real ID is mandatory.
You can walk to several bus stops. Consult Google maps for more details.
3per hour
Mr Maldonado answered your question quite well
Pedestrian are welcome to come and there is also a parking garage for short and long term parking just right across the street of course there is sidewalk
You can call the airline, inquire this from a gate agent ,or just download an application . I hope that this helps .
Desk should be by baggage claim, cars across the street, easy walk.
Actually no. The old one got shut down. Sorry.
I think so. Tell your airline and they will supply one
Yes you certainly can gamble at this airport . Just like with Mccarran Airport in Las Vegas ,the Reno-Tahoe International Airport also has a lot of slot machines and other gambling machines. I hope that this helps .
Give them a call for more information or just visit their website.
Probably nothing to greyhound per Dr b7t several should get you very close
10.00 per day for long term parking in outdoor lot
There is a Best Buy near B&C Concourse... if that's what you're asking for. Otherwise, you may be thinking of the Cell Phone Parking area that they've designated as the pick up and drop off area. They allow you to park for a short period.
Arrive at least an hour early .
It is an airport prices are going to be high they don't want to advertise that
Airport is open 24 hrs. The airline counters open around 5 or 6 am.
16R / 34L 11,000 16L / 34R 9,000
Yes there is.
Real id
The cell phone lot is where you can park, and wait for your family to text/call when they are ready for pick up, without having to be told to move from the pick up curb for being parked there too long
No small Like Oakland or orange county
In today's world, I say that would be a no.
No only chase atm or branch is on South Meadows park way
Better company better drivers
Drivers license for domestic and Passport for international
No. Just counter areas till they open.
The airport is a public building that is open 24/7.
Warm clothes advised for the Portland area.
Hours of Operation - The airport is a public building that is open 24/7. However, the airline hours of operation vary by air carrier. Some airline ticket counters open as early as 4:15 a.m. for passenger check-in.
Probably not. I say no you can't fly without a proper identification.
*sighs*
Not on the airport, try local medical supply stores?
2 for the first hour - Additional dollar per hour up to a maximum of $24 per day. - Additional dollar per hour up to a maximum of $14 per day. - Additional dollar per hour up to a maximum of $10 per day. The Reno Airport parking rates above only cover lots and garages currently managed by the airport. I hope that this helps . You can also call the airport for further confirmation or information .
