Sort of both...like the previous people explained what amenities are there and what is not provided
They do not provide toiletries, so bring your own shampoo conditioner soap that kind of thing. they also have a little cabin in the middle which is a shared kitchen space, with sink,refrigerator, microwave and counter space. Also utensils and plates and things of that nature that you can just wash when you're done using them and put them away.
Like going to a hotel. They provide bedding and towels, etc.
